Why endorsements matter in an at-large race
An at-large seat answers to the whole city, and every voter can choose up to five at-large candidates in the primary. Endorsements let voters see who already backs Carlos: the neighbors, block captains, small business owners, unions and community groups who know his work in Northeast Philadelphia and beyond.
Who can endorse
- Neighbors and community leaders who want to lend their name.
- Civic associations, faith communities and neighborhood groups.
- Labor unions and trade organizations.
- Current and former elected officials.
