Contributions

By contributing you certify that the contribution is made from your own funds and not those of another person; that it is not made from the funds of a corporation; that you are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident; and that you are not a contractor with the City of Philadelphia. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Philadelphia limits contributions from an individual to $3,700 per calendar year. Contributions that exceed a limit, or that we cannot lawfully accept, will be refunded.

Refunds

If you believe a contribution was made in error, write to [email protected] with your receipt number and we will look into it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site, its servers or its data.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach its security or authentication measures.
• Submit false information, use someone else's payment method, or make a contribution in another person's name.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by flooding it with automated requests.
• Use automated means to harvest personal information from the site.

Attempts to interfere with the site are logged and may be reported to law enforcement.

AI and automated access

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl, index and quote the public pages of this site; see our robots.txt and llms.txt. When quoting, please attribute statements to Carlos Giraldo and link back to this site. Do not present campaign material as the position of any other candidate or of the City of Philadelphia.
